Spottedfern raced of to the Medicine cat den and got a bed of moss ready. "Starclan please so me what to do" she meowed this would be the first time she would help to deliver kits. Russetfang padded in with Dawncloud and lay her down on the mossy bed. "Can I stay?" he asked. Spottedfern looked at him and then Dawncloud "I think that would be wise" she meowed.

Dawncloud winced as Russetfang lay her down her stomach was really badly hurting she looked a Spottedfern (?) "They are a few days early" she winced. She felt a sharp pain in her side and screamed. Her eyes started to water and her tail curled round Russetfang.

Spottedfern looked at Dawncloud "Yes they are now I need you to push as hard as you can okay" she ordered any trace of the happy she-cat was gone now in her place stood a serious she-cat. "Russetfang I will need you to keep her calm" she meowed to the red tom. "O..Okay" he meowed back. "I love you" he meowed to Dawncloud.

Dawncloud swallowed "Okay" she meowed to Spottedfern, her Brown flecked eyes gleaming with worry. She turned her head to Russetfang as he spoke "I love you to" she meowed nuzzling him. She screamed and pushed her hardest.

Spottedfern smiled at the two they really where devoted to each other. "Well done Dawncloud" she meowed when a little red tabby she-kit popped out Spottedfern handed it to Russetfang and told him to lick. His amber eyes shone woth pride as he licked the little she-it. Spottedfern turned back to Dawncloud "Come one push" she meowed.
